Athletics track and field opens

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The installation of tartan track that meets international athletics standards was completed in Nalaikh district.
 
The tartan track was installed with a grant from the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF). The standard rubber surface for track worth USD 320 thousand was imported by ‘Mondo’ S.A., company accredited by the IAAF.

With the opening of the new facility, it will be possible to organize major international competitions and tournaments in Mongolia.
