Meeting held between Polish-Mongolian parliamentary groups

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On May 21, MP Head of the Mongolian-Polish parliamentary group D.Damba-Ochir met a delegation of Lower House of Parliament (Sejm) of Poland led by Member of the Sejm and head of the Polish-Mongolian parliamentary group in the Sejm Marek Rzasa.
MP D.Damba-Ochir highlighted that efforts of the two parliamentary groups will play an important role in developing bilateral relations and cooperation in all spheres. Moreover, MP D.Damba-Ochir proposed to develop traditional relations in education and defense sector further and seek possibilities to cooperate in new sectors.
“Although the weather condition in Mongolia is colder than expected, we are happy that Mongolia welcoming us warmly and cooperating with the Republic of Poland,” Marek Rzasa said.
Mr. Marek Rzasa noted that there is a necessity to open embassies in both countries, adding that it is possible to pay more attention on expanding program to train students and youth, and preparing professionals in Polish, country studies and business.
Mongolia was represented by MP and member of the Polish-Mongolian parliamentary L.Bold, D.Ganbold, Kh.Nyambaatar, L.Eldev-Ochir and Poland was represented by three members of the Sejm group, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Poland to Mongolia Mr. Michal Labenda and other officials.
