Wagner Asia helps homeless people to be employed

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Wagner Asia Group in Mongolia is implementing a project named 'Chance' to support people who live and work on dumpsites, willing to be employed, but can not get job due to their inefficiency.

Unemployed people above 18 living at the Ulaan chuluut dumpsite were registered and 18 persons (17 men and 1 woman) out of 83 were chosen to join the CHANCE project.  Aged between 21 to 41 the participants are now being trained,  specifically 7 of them are attending operator training, 11 the B class driving courses and 5 the literacy training.

In addition to the tuition fee, the project participants are provided with food and transportation and two nonpersons were provided with documents. The project implementers aim to train them further so that they have professional certificates and get employed. The project started in April 2018 and will continue until April 2019. 

Participants of the ‘Chance’ project implemented by the Social Responsibility Committee of the company visited the head office of Wagner Asia Automotives LLC on May 8.
