Radio frequency of border area confirmed with Russia

The agreement was signed by B.Chinbat, chairman of Communication and Information Technology Authority of Mongolia and by Andrei Kantsurov, head of the Licensing Department of the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media of the Russian Federation.
These days, the 3rd bilateral meeting between telecommunications administration of Mongolia and the Russian Federation on radio frequency coordination in border areas is taking place in Ulaanbaatar.
During the meeting, the sides agreed to amend three agreements and renew two agreements. Finalizing the terms of the agreements, they confirmed the agreements with signature.
The agreement will ensure reliable delivery of advanced communications and information technology services, such as digital radio, television and 4G service of cellular phone in border areas of Mongolia and create a legal environment to coordinate and monitor radio frequency mutually and operate it without mutual interference.
