Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On April 4, Minister of Foreign Affairs D.Tsogtbaatar met Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary from New Zealand to Mongolia John McKinnon in conjunction with ending his diplomatic mission in Mongolia.

Minister for Foreign Affairs  D.Tsogtbaatar expressed his gratitude to New Zealand for supporting Mongolia's democracy and reforms, especially for its great contribution to strengthening capacity of civil servants. He also noted that there is considerable opportunity for enriching Mongolia-New Zealand relations with economic content, including learning from the experience of the New Zealand's agricultural sector.

The sides discussed specific projects and activities of the relations and cooperation of the two countries that will be implemented this year as well as exchanged views on current issues of international and regional affairs.
