Nalaikh district to cooperate with GIZ

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A cooperation agreement was signed by the Governor of Nalaikh district, Ch.Radnaabazar and the Director of the German-Mongolian Institute for Resources and Technology, N.Dorjderem.
The agreement provides for joint actions with the German-Mongolian Institute for Resources and Technology towards engagement in implementation of Eco Nalaikh program for reducing air, water and soil pollution in the district’ as described in the district Governor’s action plan, main guidelines of socio-economic development of the district in 2018 and the ‘National Program on Reducing Air Pollution’ adopted by the Government resolution in 2017.

In this context, a range of actions well be carried out including collaborative research on "Nalaikh district dust pollution levels", creating an integrated database, raising public awareness, and enhancing access for children of the district to enroll in the school.
