Foreign Minister attends AustCham event

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/ On February 9, Foreign Affairs Minister D.Tsogtbaatar attended a meeting of the Australian Chamber of Commerce (AustCham) in Mongolia.
The meeting brought together over 80 participants from Oyutolgoi, Rio Tinto, Aspire Mining, Xanadu mines, Erdene Resources companies and ambassadors and diplomats to Mongolia.
At the meeting, the Minister introduced about the Government’s policy, measures and purposes on stabilizing the country’s economy and promoting foreign investment. The participants put questions about regulations being taken to promote foreign investment, railway construction, amendments in laws on taxation and mineral resources, Ulaanbaatar city air pollution and others and held discussions.
