Ambassador invites Mining Minister to visit Kazakhstan

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/ On January 10, Mining and Heavy Industry Minister D.Sumiyabazar met with Ambassador of Kazakhstan K.Koblandin.

“Kazakhstan is interested to cooperate with Mongolia in geological research and extraction and concentration of mineral resources, especially in gold mining sector,” saidt he Ambassador in the beginning on the meeting.

Minister D.Sumiyabazar noted that as having many similarities, two countries have to develop win-win cooperation. He also said that the Ministry plans to learn from experience of ‘Gold Refinery’, visit to see the refinery and participate in international economic events to be organized this year in Kazakhstan.

In turn, the Ambassador officially invited the Minister to pay a visit to Kazakhstan and said that it is possible to visit the Gold Refinery and Kazakhstan National Fund to see their activities during the visit.
