Ambassadors of Philippines and Kyrgyzstan present letters of credence

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Ambassadors of the Philippines and the Kyrgyz Republic presented Wednesday their diplomatic credentials to the President of Mongolia Kh.Battulga.
After the ceremony, the President welcomed the heads of diplomatic missions for bilateral meetings.
During the meeting with Ambassador of the Philippines Jose Santiago Romana, President Battulga emphasized that he prioritizes a strengthening of long-standing traditional and friendly relations and building mutually-beneficial cooperation with the Philippines in trade, economy, investment and all other sectors.
Ambassador Jose Santiago Romana pledged to put efforts in broadening the bilateral relations during his term.
At the meeting with Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic Azamat Usenov, President Battulga talked about the 25th anniversary of the bilateral diplomatic relations and noted that the two countries’ ties have been prospering thanks to mutual efforts.

The President also expressed an interest of Mongolia in boosting cooperation in all possible sectors, particularly, in the economic sphere. The two sides agreed to attach more importance to the preparation of the Meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission of Mongolia and the Kyrgyz Republic, expected in Bishkek next year.
