5.0 magnitude earthquake recorded in Selenge aimag

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Last night or at 01:46 am Oct 19, a 5.0 magnitude earthquake occurred in Selenge and Darkhan-Uul aimags.

According to the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), an epicenter of the earthquake was 3km away from Tushig soum’s center, Selenge aimag. A professional staff in the aimag has reported that citizens felt tremors, but no losses and injuries were recorded.
