Mongolia to cooperate with EAEU in animal husbandry

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Mongolia and five member states of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU)--Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz and the Russian Federation established a memorandum on cooperation in several sectors, on October 4.

In accordance with the memorandum, Mongolia will be able to export meat, meat products, plants and plant products. Therefore, Mongolia will collaborate with these countries in protection of livestock health, combating and preventing livestock diseases and exchange information on the issues. 

Another memorandum was established between the Mongolian Standardization and Measurement Office and the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) to cooperate in the technical regulation and accreditation.  
 
The sides agreed to constantly organize joint roundtables, seminars and business forums in order to activate the commercial and economic cooperation.
