Grandmaster Ts.Batchuluun to compete in Chess World Cup 2017

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On May 12-20, the 2017 Asian Individual Chess Championship took place in Chengdu, China and Grandmaster Ts.Batchuluun became eligible to compete in the Chess World Cup 2017 after taking the fifth place in the tournament. 
 
The Chess World Cup 2017, which is scheduled to take place in Tbilisi, Georgia from 1 to 25 September, will be attended by 128 best male chess players around the world. Grandmaster-titled Ts.Batchuluun will be representing male athletes of Mongolia in the World Cup for the first time.  For  female chess players, Grandmaster B.Munguntuul has attended the World Cup twice.
