Bill to be worked out on imposing tax on some entities
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ At its regular meeting held Wednesday, the cabinet approved a concept of a draft amendment to the law on income tax on entities.
In accordance with the adopted concept, tasks were given to the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Justice and Internal Affairs to formulate the draft amendment and to discuss it at a cabinet meeting.
Pursuant to the concept approved by the cabinet, an entity earning up to MNT 1.5 billion a year shall pay one per cent income tax.
