Law on developmental policy and planning passed
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ At a plenary meeting of the parliamentary session on Thursday, parliamentarians ran the final discussion of a bill on developmental policy and planning, and majority of them backed to adopt the draft law.
By adopting this law, Mongolia is provided with a possibility to have a long-term policy on development. In other words, a national policy on development will be realized permanently despite a change of the cabinet’s composition.
The same day, MPs carried out the final discussions of bill on energy and other related draft laws, and 79.2% of them backed them. The plenary meeting also passed a draft law on ratifying a general credit agreement of USD 1 billion which was established between the Mongolian government and the Export-Import Bank of China.
