“一带一路”农牧业创新合作暨技术转移研讨会”9月13日召开，旨在加强蒙古国和中国内蒙古间合作关系，互换农牧业先进技术。2015年，蒙古国教育文化科技部曾提出在互换先进技术方面与中国共同实施相关大型项目建议。在此框架内，2015年和2016年蒙古国学术界访问中国并明确了将实施项目的领域。对具有游牧业的蒙古国而言，农牧业是首要发展方针。
