City Mayor's Office Kh.Gantulga said that 70.5 percent of the tasks and
instructions given by the Capital City Governor in the previous regular meeting
were implemented.

children are undergoing treatments at hospitals due to influenza and influenza-like

Industry, and Technology Park B.Sukhbaatar said that ger district’s
redevelopment has been intensifying in recent years.
“Projects to demolish and rebuild substandard housing are
underway in central Ulaanbaatar. The tenders are announced for the demolition
and reconstruction of the old 3-5-story buildings of Ikh Toiruu and Baga
Toiruu, 40 and 50 myangat, but the private companies showed no interest in
participating” he added.
Specialized Inspection Department of capital city B.Batshagai:
-Three civilians died since the beginning of the year due to
unsafe working conditions. 139 people died in 2020 and 114 in 2021. Therefore,
we are cooperating with construction companies and organizations with lifting
facilities that play a key role in the construction industry.
The Mayor expressed his stance to no longer allow the
construction of buildings taller than six stories in the Ikh Toiruu, Baga
Toiruu, 40 and 50 myangat. He also reminded that all types of registration
should be digitalized.
The partial general plan of Sonsgolon and Yarmag to be
introduced
Following instructions were given to the city officials:
-To implement investment projects and activities to be
implemented in 2022 in a timely and quality manner;
-To organize a transparent and prompt procurement process
-To intensify work without design and work assignments;
-To intensify land acquisition;
-To timely report in the digital procurement system;
-To intensify the implementation of the Capital City Governor's
Order No. A / 388 of 2022 “On some measures to be taken to eliminate land
conflicts”;
-To organize fences, damaged poles, and billboards in the
districts, enforce standards, norms, and rules, and eliminate violations;
- To evaluate the implementation of the “Contract” agreement
signed with the directors of the Capital City-owned enterprises in 2021 and
present it to the meeting of the Capital City Governor's regular meeting;
-To strengthen the citizens' health city and prevent the lack of
movement, launch the “Let's walk and run” movement, organize it regularly from
March 26, 2022, to November 2022, and actively involve the citizens;
-To introduce the partial general plan of Sonsgolon and Yarmag;
-To develop proposals on the location of green areas and to plan
the areas for green areas in their territories;
-To plan to create a green environment in the National Culture
and Recreation Park, make calculations for sidewalks and bicycle paths, and
open the landscaping work;
-To landscape the area of Russian Science and Culture Center
into a green space, to have a sidewalk near Encanto town, and to Implement
cancellation of the land title of Uran Gan LLC that were pushed to the river
bank.
