Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ At its regular meeting on November 10, the Cabinet made the following decisions:
After discussing the revised draft of the Law on Forensic Examination as well as other draft laws developed in connection with it, the Cabinet decided to submit them to the Parliament.
The Cabinet newly approved the requirements and registration procedure for citizens and legal entities providing consulting services.
Regulations governing the disbursement and monitoring of the Education Loan Fund were also approved.
Minister of Mining and Heavy Industry, co-chair of the Mongolia-China joint council on mineral resources, energy, and infrastructure cooperation G.Yondon was instructed to devise a plan of actions in accordance with the decisions made at the council’s third meeting held virtually on October 13-15, 2021 and oversee its implementation.
