Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Holy See to Mongolia Archbishop Alfred Xuereb..
During the meeting, Deputy Minister B.Munkhjin noted that friendly relations between Mongolia and the Holy See are actively developing in the cultural and humanitarian spheres, and expressed his support for further intensification of bilateral relations and cooperation.
Stressing that the Holy See attaches great importance to its developing relations with Mongolia, Ambassador Alfred Xuereb proposed to jointly organize a series of events to mark the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries in 2022.
