Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. In May, the Government of Mongolia announced that 100 projects are planned to be implemented for recovering the economy after the pandemic. Some of the projects have been deemed possible to be implemented by establishing a joint company in charge of projects, management, and implementation based at the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI).

In its framework, MNCCI CEO T.Duuren discussed the matter during a meeting held with Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany Regina Rutenberg on June 14.

Noting that the Mongolian-German economic relations have not reached a satisfactory level, the sides discussed using German technology at coal and copper factories, and measures being taken by the Federal Government of Germany.

Furthermore, in the framework of supporting non-mining exports, they exchanged views on opportunities to directly export nut products to the European market by establishing a cluster with the support of MNCCI. The two sides agreed to develop a detailed plan and cooperate regarding the matter.
