COVID-19: 714 new cases detected in the past 24 hours

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. In Mongolia, 714 new cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in the past 24 hours, reported at the regular press briefing of the Ministry of Health today.

 

Specifically, there were 630 new cases detected in Ulaanbaatar city and the rest or 84 were recorded in rural aimags.

 

Today, the total cases of COVID-19 in Mongolia now stands at 13,494. 382 people have been discharged from the hospital yesterday, bringing the total number of recoveries to 8,522.

 

Currently, there are 2,560 patients undergoing treatment, of which 2,017 are in mild, 435 are in serious, 94 are in critical and 14 are in very critical health condition.


Moreover, one more COVID-19 related death has been reported, bringing the total to 19.
