321 new cases of COVID-19 detected, total reaches 7,014

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. It was reported during today’s press
briefing of the Ministry of Health that 321 new cases of COVID-19
detected after 13,057 tests performed nationwide in the past 24 hours.
Of the newly confirmed cases, 262 were detected in Ulaanbaatar
and the rest or 59 were confirmed in other aimags.
As of today, the total cases of COVID-19 in Mongolia now stands at 7,014. In the past 24 hours, 104 people have been discharged from the hospital, bringing the total number of recoveries to 4,341.
Currently, there are 1,607 people who are diagnosed with the virus are undergoing treatment, of which 1,386 are in mild, 186 are in serious, 27 are in critical and eight are in very critical health condition.
Since the spread of COVID-19 in Mongolia, a total of 6,478 local transmission cases of COVID-19 have been recorded so far, of which 5868 were detected in Ulaanbaatar city.
