Training on emergency response preparedness taking place in Khentii aimag

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. Under the ordinance of the Deputy
Prime Minister and Head of the State Emergency Commission, a training to
prepare the local emergency staff and operative team in times of the COVID-19 pandemic
is being organized nationwide with a purpose to prevent the spread of
coronavirus infection and ensure emergency response preparedness.
A working team headed by L. Sayanaa, advisor to the Deputy
PM, and Colonel B. Uuganbayar, deputy chief of the National Emergency Management Agency
and head of the Operative Staff of the State Emergency Commission, is working
today in Khentii aimag.
The working team comprising specialists from the Ministry of
Health, NEMA, National Center for Communicable Diseases and WHO is conducting theoretical
and practical combined training in the classroom and online.
