'Friendship’ medal conferred to Ambassador of Laos

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. Minister of Foreign Affairs D.Tsogtbaatar received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic Mr. Sialounkone Seng-Outhone on January 14, in connection with the latter’s completion of mission here.
President of
Mongolia Kh.Battulga issued a decree on awarding the Ambassador of Laos Mr. Sialounkone
Seng-Outhone with the ‘Friendship’ Medal of Mongolia in recognition of his
valuable contribution to expand Mongolia-Laos relations.
The award was presented by the Minister of Foreign Affairs D.Tsogtbaatar at the meeting.
During
the meeting, the sides also exchanged views on regularizing high-level talks
between the countries, expanding bilateral relations in politics, defense,
trade, economy and educational sector as well as developing bilateral
collaboration in the international arena.
