Reception of honor held in Ankara

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. The
Embassy of Mongolia to the Republic of Turkey hosted a reception on the
occasion of the 50th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations
between Mongolia and the Republic of Turkey and the 95th Proclamation Day of
Mongolia on 26 November 2019.
The reception, organized at
Sheraton Hotel in Ankara, was attended by more than 500 people, including
Turkish dignitaries led by H.E. Mr. Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, Minister of Culture and
Tourism of the Republic of Turkey, Deputy Minister of Defense Mr. Alpaslan
Kavalıoğlu, MP and Chairman of the Friendship group at the Turkish Parliament
Mr. Mehmet Erdoğan, and other members of the friendship group, CEO of Turkish
Airlines Mr. Bilal Ekşi and offıcials from the Turkish Government, foreign
Ambassadors, Defense attachés, their spouses, representatives from private
sector, academia, NGOs and media, as well as members of the Mongolian community
in Ankara.
After the opening remarks
were delivered by H.E. Mr. Bold Ravdan, Ambassador of Mongolia and H.E. Mr.
Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey,
cultural performances were performed by artists from Mongolian National Folk
Art Ensemble.
