City Governor meets Chairman of Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation

Governor of the capital city and Mayor of Ulaanbaatar S.Amarsaikhan met with the
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Seoul Housing and Communities
Corporation Mr. Kim Seiyong on November 25.
At the meeting, the sides
exchanged views on activating bilateral cooperation and projects that are
possible to be further co-implemented.
Mr.Amarsaikhan said, “Ulaanbaatar
municipality is focusing on working out its projects to intensify establishment
of satellite cities and developing the infrastructure and urban planning. Within
the master plan on urban planning and establishment of satellite cities, we are
formulating projects on selected areas.”
For his part, Mr. Kim
Seiyong expressed readiness to share experience with the municipality team
which is formulating and implementing the urban projects.
Since 2016, the Capital City
Housing Corporation of Mongolia and Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation
have been cooperating in many spheres, including the formulation of research
work on housing demand and supply, exchanges of specialists within the housing
policy, as well as implementation of rental housing project in Bayangol area in
the 1st khoroo of Songinokhairkhan district.
