Medical instructors of regional centers to receive training in Japan

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. In aims of introducing and adapting the medical training practices of Japan in postgraduate training, doctors and medical instructors of Regional Diagnostic and Treatment Centers will be involved in training in two groups in Japan in November and December, 2019.


The training is being organized in the framework of the ‘Project for Strengthening Post-Graduate Training for Health Professionals in Primary and Secondary Level Health Facilities’ co-implemented by the Ministry of Health, and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) at the International University of Health and Welfare located in Tokyo, Japan.


In aims of improving the ability to organize post-graduate training, building the capacity of medical instructors, and introducing the post-graduate training practices of Japan, 38 doctors and medical specialists have been involved in training in Japan in the framework of the project since 2018.
