Ambassador to Canada works in Canadian provinces

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. On October 27-31, Ambassador of Mongolia to Canada Ya.Ariunbold worked in Canadian Provinces of Manitoba and Saskatchewan. He paid courtesy calls on Russell Mirasty, Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan province and Mark Docherty, Speaker of the Legislative Assembly and attended a provincial assembly meeting as an honorary guest. 


The Mongolian Ambassador also held meetings with ministers and deputy ministers of energy and natural resources and agriculture of the Saskatchewan province and head of the trade and export partnership organization, discussing the cooperation potential and delivered a presentation about Mongolian history and economic development at the University of Regina. 


During his work trip to Manitoba, Ambassador Ya.Ariunbold met with education, environment, agricultural, sports, and cultural ministers to talk  about cooperation with Mongolia.  Then, he met Brian Bowman, mayor of Canadian city of Winnipeg. Mongolian Embassy in Canada is following through the matters addressed during the Ambassador’s working trip.
