Mongolia-Hungary intergovernmental commission’s meeting held in Budapest

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/ Sixth regular meeting of Mongolia-Hungary intergovernmental commission on trade, economy, science and technical cooperation was held on November 20-21 in Budapest, Hungary.

The meeting was co-chaired by J.Saule, Deputy Minister of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry of Mongolia, and Csaba Balogh, State Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary.  


At the meeting, the sides exchanged information on certain projects and programs of bilateral cooperation in economy, investment, education, water management and health spheres, discussed measures to be implemented further and agreed to conduct detailed study in several new fields where joint projects are possible to be implemented.

During the meeting, the parties signed the International Road Transport Agreement which will open an opportunity for transport carriers to get licensed on both counties, increase competitiveness in the auto transportation market and positively influence on price and exchange rates.
