Justice Deputy Minister participates in 6th Asian Legislative Experts Symposium

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Deputy Minister of Justice and Home
Affairs B.Enkhbayar delivered keynote remarks at the Sixth Asian Legislative
Experts Symposium (ALES), hosted by the Ministry of Government Legislation of
the Republic of Korea in Seoul on October 31.
Participating in the symposium, Deputy Minister B.Enkhbayar held a bilateral meeting with Kim
Oe-sook, Minister of Government Legislation of the country, exchanging views on
relations and cooperation between the two bodies and further actions to be
taken.
At the meeting, the Deputy Minister, in regard with the issue
of improving public legal education, expressed interest to implement a project
on elevating the unified legal information system of Mongolia, to introduce
South Korea’s experience, and to train our personnel in the field.
The Ministry of Government Legislation of the Republic of
Korea has been hosting the Asian Legislative Experts Symposium since 2013. This
year’s symposium took place under a theme ‘Strategies to Improve Asian
Countries’ Administrative Laws and Systems for Public Participation’.
