‘Junior International Series 2018’ kicks off in Ulaanbaatar

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On June 21, teenage classification badminton matches of the ‘Junior International Series 2018’ began at the Central Sports Palace.

Over 50 athletes from 19 countries, namely India, Macau, Thailand, Australia, Russia, Kazakhstan, England, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Germany, USA, Malaysia, Chile, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Czech Republic and Mongolia are competing in the tournament.

Mongolian Badminton Association is organizing ‘Junior International Series for the fifth year. The tournament was held in Ulaanbaatar in 2009, 2010, 2015 and 2017. In the summer of 2017, teenage classification was added.
