Prime Minister calls for support to national manufacturers

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Prime Minister U.Khurelsukh called for purchase of home-made products during his visit to a trade fair organized by domestic manufacturers on February 6.
The exhibition features products manufactured by Mongolian companies and enterprises including eco-friendly bus, air filter, packaging products, food equipment waste-recycling machinery and more.
Representing the national manufacturers, the exhibitors relayed their requests and views to the Prime Minister, especially regarding tax discount, customs duty exemption on import equipment and raw materials, and government assistance in the marketing of the final products.
Prime Minister U.Khurelsukh pledged the Government’s readiness to support all national manufacturers saying, “The Government is the biggest buyer. Goods and products purchased with government fund should be Mongolian-made. I will urge the cabinet members to back national manufacturers.”
