Ulaanbaatar to welcome hydroscientists from 14 countries
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The 24th Meeting of the International Hydrological Programme’s (IHP) Regional Steering Committee for Southeast Asia and the Pacific will take place in Ulaanbaatar on October 23-27. The meeting’s main agenda is potential solutions to pressing issues of drinking water source, especially in urban areas.
More than 40 scholars from Mongolia, Japan, China, South Korea, Vietnam and other countries of Southeast Asia and the Pacific will come up with their ideas and practices of feasible ways and solutions to the problems their own countries are confronted with.
