Foreigners awarded MNOC medal
SportsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A president of the Mongolian National Olympic Committee (MonNOC) D.Zagdsuren Tuesday received sports specialists from Russia and China and awarded them the MonNOC’s gold medal.
The prizes went to Dr Vitaly P.Cherkashin, head of the research and scientific division of the National Olympic Committee of Russia, and to Dr Zhang Ying Bo, a deputy director of the Beijing-based developmental center of the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) and professor of the Sport University of Beijing.
They are invited by the MonNOC, Mongolian National Olympic Academy and the Athletics Federation of Mongolia to hold workshops for coaches. Themes are “Developmental tendencies of physical culture and sports in Mongolia; structure and organization of sports organizations” and “Training characteristics of preparing high-skilled athletes in China”.
