Payment for some projects and measures to be guaranteed by bills
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ At the cabinet meeting on Monday, the Minister of Finance was allowed to guarantee the payment of some projects and measures with bills.
These projects and measures are reflected in a parliamentary resolution of 2015 and its appendix. As of January 1 of 2016, over 80 percent of the works under the resolution have been performed with the remainder payment, while other works, reflected in the appendix, have been done under the build-transfer concession.
Obligations were given to B.Bolor, the Minister of Finance, and general managers of budgets to place money in the 2017 state budget for the expenses of the bills and their interest, and to grant the bill-holders the financing of the measures and projects.
