8日，中国国务院总理李克强向蒙古国新任总理乌·呼日勒苏赫致贺电。在贺电中指出，“中蒙两国是山水相连的友好邻邦。中方高度重视中蒙两国合作关系，中方愿同蒙方一道，增强政治互信，加深各领域合作关系，推动中蒙战略伙伴关系取得更大进展。”
当天，俄罗斯总理德·阿·梅德韦杰夫也致电祝贺乌·呼日勒苏赫当选蒙古国总理。
