臨時国会、税制の抜本的改定
　臨時国会は18日、召集された。政府・ 与党は、税制抜本的な改革として打ち出した「租税法の改正法案」の会期中での成立に力を注ぐ。税制抜本改革とは、租税法の改正とその関連法律となる「法人 税」や「個人所得課税法」の改正法案である。

政府、国内法令規範で活動する外資系と協力していく
　政府は、国際条約や国内法令を遵守する海外直接投資の奨励とその後の協力継続について声明を出した。　近頃、エルデネト鉱業やアスガト鉱床、サルヒト鉱床を巡る問題で世 間からの視線が熱くなっている。上述は、すべてが公的資金を財源にした探鉱及び埋蔵量確認作業が実施されている。しかし、開発事業者による脱税疑惑、収賄疑惑、資金洗浄などの行為が確認されたため、政府が注意を払い、捜査機関が取り調べを実施している。

　エルデネト工場権益問題を巡って、モンゴリアン・カッパー・コーポレーション社（通称：モンゴリーン・ゼス）が11日、2017年の国会第23号決議に基づき、既得権益49％に関して政府との協議入りを求めたと、同社が明らかにした。

　ロブサンナムサライ・オユンエルデネ内閣官房長官らは4日、エルデネト工場の権益不正取得問題を巡って機密解除を踏み切った先月27日の閣議決定に続き、モンゴリアン・カッパー・コーポレーション（通称：モンゴリーン・ゼス）社が資金調達の仕組みと経緯などを明かし、公的資金の流用と資金洗浄の可能性を示唆した。
