       蒙通社乌兰巴托4月1日电，国际刑事法院法官名叫德·额尔登巴拉苏荣的蒙古人当选为国际刑事法院上诉分庭庭长。根据国际刑事法院规章第十四条和内部规则第四条规定，分庭庭长由法官多数票评选，此次以分庭全体法官的100%支持率选出了蒙古国法官德·额尔登巴拉苏荣。
