Mongolia Wins Grand Prix Award at Circus Princess Festival

Ulaanbaatar, October 24, 2023 /MONTSAME/. Mongolian acrobats were awarded the Grand Prix Award of the International Festival “Princess of Circus,” held for the ninth time in Saratov, Russia, on October 19-22, 2023.
The Russian State Circus Company reported that the honorary Grand Prix Award was conferred upon a group of women gymnasts from Mongolia for their plastic acrobatic performance that captivated international circus experts. The Mongolian gymnasts displayed superior flexibility and used hoverboards in their performance.
Since 2005, the arena of the Nikitin brothers' Saratov Circus has regularly hosted artists in the Circus Princess Festival. At first, the event took place every two years, but over time, it became an annual festival and acquired international status in 2016. Gymnasts from 13 countries, including France, Germany, Ethiopia, and Brazil, participated in the Festival.
