COVID-19 infection cases rise by 1220 in past 24 hours

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ According to the Ministry of Health, 1,220 people were detected with coronavirus nationwide in the past 24 hours.
In specific, 1,094 were recorded in Ulaanbaatar city, 114 in rural
aimags while two hospital transmission cases were registered. Moreover, 10
imported cases of COVID-19 were reported.
Mongolia
now has 17,823 confirmed cases of COVID-19. In the past 24 hours, 366 people
have been discharged from hospital, bringing the number of recoveries to
10,253.
Furthermore,
two men aged 49 and 44 have died from coronavirus. Thus, the number
of coronavirus-related deaths have reached 29.
