127 new cases of COVID-19 registered in the last 24 hours

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ 127 new cases of COVID-19 were detected after performing 11,183 tests in 16 laboratories nationwide in the last 24 hours.
Of the newly registered cases, 126 were recorded in Ulaanbaatar city. Thus, total confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Ulaanbaatar city have reached 3,329.
A citizen, who came to Arkhangai aimag from Ulaanbaatar city, diagnosed positive, bringing the number of local cases to 349. No new imported cases were recorded.
123 of the newly confirmed cases have been close contacts of the previously confirmed cases and the sources of four cases are under investigation. These people live in 26th and 27th khoroos of Bayanzurkh district and 11th khoroo of Bayangol district of Ulaanbaatar.
As of today, Mongolia has reported 4,210 confirmed cases of COVID-19 with 3,083 recoveries.
52 people have recovered in the last 24 hours. 1,014 people are being cured at the NCCD, Military Central Hospital, Capital City Maternal and Child Health Center and general hospitals of Zavkhan and Tuv aimags. 917 of them are in mild, 89 are in serious, 5 are in critical and 3 are very critical health condition.
