Minister of Foreign Affairs receives British Ambassador

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. On July 30, Minister of Foreign Affairs N.Enkhtaivan received Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to Mongolia Philip Malone.
The Ambassador congratulated the Minister on his appointment, and expressed his readiness to partner in further developing and strengthening the friendly relations and partnership between the two countries.
During the meeting, Minister N.Enkhtaivan expressed gratitude for the support being given to Mongolian citizens residing in the UK during the challenging circumstances that have surfaced due to the COVID-19 pandemic and requested continuous support and assistance.
The sides also exchanged views on issues such as expanding relations and partnership between the two countries by increasing trade and attracting investment in the production of export products that meet international standards.
