260 Mongolians brought back from Japan put into mandatory isolation

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. A charter flight on route between Tokyo and Ulaanbaatar, bringing 260 Mongolian nationals, has landed at the Buyant-Ukhaa International Airport in Ulaanbaatar on July 21 at 10 pm.
The citizens brought back on the flight have been put into 21-day mandatory isolation at the National Center for Communicable Diseases and other government-designated isolation facilities, reported the operative team of the State Emergency Commission (SEC).
With additional charter flights put on the plan, 3,400 citizens are planned to be brought back through 15 flights in July. As of July 21, over 10 thousand Mongolian nationals have submitted their requests to return home from 55 countries to the SEC operative team.
