/MONTSAME/ At its meeting convened yesterday, July 16, the Cabinet appointed the
following officials as Deputy Ministers of the government ministries as suggested by the
Prime Minister and with 100 percent votes of the Cabinet members in favor of their appointment.

Deputy Minister of Defense

Deputy Minister of Finance

Deputy Minister of Justice and Internal Affairs
5. S.Zulfikar,
Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection
6. E.Zolboo,
Deputy Minister of Construction and Urban Development
7. G.Ganbayar,
Deputy Minister of Education and Science
8. J.Bat-Erdene,
Deputy Minister of Road and Transport Development
9. M.Batbayar,
Deputy Minister of Culture
10. O.Batnairamdal,
Deputy Minister of Mining and Heavy Industry

Furthermore, in connection with their assignment to the positions of Deputy Ministers, Deputy Chief of Cabinet Secretariat of Government M.Bayarmagnai, Head of the General Police Office S.Baatarjav and Chief of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), Major General T.Badral were dismissed from their previous positions.
Brigadier General G.Ariunbuyan was newly appointed as Chief of the NEMA while P.Bataa was appointed as Head of the State Special Security Department - the Government Regulating Agency, respectively.
