E.Batbayar appointed as Chairman of Judicial General Council

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. President of Mongolia Kh.Battulga issued a decree on appointing E.Batbayar as Chairman of the Judicial General Council.
Today, November 6, the Chief
of Staff to the President of Mongolia Z.Enkhbold introduced the decree to the
staff of Judicial General Council and handed over the decree.
During this event, newly
appointed Chairman E.Batbayar expressed his commitment to work for ensuring impartiality
of judge and judicial independence as stated in the Constitution of Mongolia,
and enforcing duties accountable as stated in the laws.
Chairman of the Council is
appointed by the President of Mongolia after the Council’s members nominate and
submit the nominee, who received major votes for consideration of the President of
Mongolia.
