Paragliding Championship to take place at Ulaanbaatar Winter Festival

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. Ulaanbaatar Winter Festival will soon be taking place at the Khurkhree area of Bogd Khan Mountain on February 16-17. Within the scope of the festival, the Paragliding City Championship is to take place.


Having first introduced in Mongolia in 1996, the adventurous sport of paragliding rapidly began to develop from 2013. Athletes of the hang gliding and paragliding clubs of Mongolia have successfully participated in international championships in the recent years.
