Mongolian peacekeepers to serve in Resolute Support Afghanistan Mission

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ To serve in the NATO-led missionResolute Support Afghanistan Mission, the seventh turn of Mongolian peacekeepers paid respect to the banner of the Mongolian Armed Forces on April 13. The seventh turn will cooperate with the US Army in the Resolute Support Afghanistan Mission.
The ceremony was attended by Deputy Minister of Defence T.Dulamdorj, Deputy Chairman of the General Staff of Armed Forces of Mongolia, Lieutenant General J.Badambazar, the General Staff of Armed Forces of Mongolia and commanders of the Mongolian Army. They wished success to the peacekeepers.
In his speech, Deputy Minister of Defence T.Dulamdorj expressed gratitude to Mongolian officers who are serving as the World soldiers to maintain peace and wished them luck. He also expressed his hope that the peacekeepers will demonstrate good skill, discipline and patience of Mongolian officers.
Afterwards, Sergeancy and Colonel O.Bandi said, “We will successfully complete this honorable duty given from our country, government and high officials of Mongolian defence. We will use our knowledge and experiences gained during military service to complete our missions honorably, supporting each other,”.
