Exhibition displays technological solutions to reduce smog

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ More than 50 entities and individuals showcased their solutions for reduction of air pollution in the State House on January 3, as the Cabinet addressed the challenging matter at its first meeting of 2018.
The ‘Technological Solution to Air Pollution’ exhibition was organized by the Mayor’s Office with the support of the Cabinet.
Prior to their meeting, Prime Minister U.Khurelsukh and the members of his Cabinet visited the exhibition, where technological solutions such as electric heater, processed gas fuel, warm pads for gers, floor heater, air filter, different types of stove and energy saver were displayed.
“Reduction of air pollution requires efforts and dedication from everyone,” noted the Prime Minister, reiterating the Cabinet’s commitment to enforce optimal and effective policy regarding the issue.
Prime Minister U.Khurelsukh stressed the importance of heat loss prevention measures in reducing smog and pledged to seek comprehensive solution to air pollution.
