In the margin of the initiative, parking space for 170 cars and 60 bicycles next to Turtle Rock and parking for 70 cars and 50 bicycles next to Cave Rock are expected to built with eco-restrooms, coffee shops, souvenir shops and rest stops.

Each rest stops will be surrounded by green facilities and have 24-hour security control.
Building such rest stops is expected to reduce pollution caused by centralization and to better enforcement of national park conservation rules. In 2016, over 300 thousand national and international tourists visited Gorkhi-Terelj National Park. According to the latest statistics, about 2,000-3,000 people go to Gorkhi-Terelj National Park, which is the nearest natural complex with the best infrastructure to Ulaanbaatar.
