‘Bat Capital Management’ to work in investment management
EconomyUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ ‘Bat capital management’ LLC has been approved to work in investment management in securities market by the Financial Regulation commission. The commission advised the company to work actively to attract foreign investment and establish its Investment fund according to its business plan.
The Financial Regulatory Commission recently held its first meeting of 2017 and resolved some 30 issues. ‘Nomin gunj’ and ‘Nachin zaan’ LLCs were granted licenses to run non-bank financial activities, as they met the criteria of minimum amount of share capital of MNT2.5 billion. Name of an insurance company ‘Mandal General Daatgal’ was changed into ‘Mandal daatgal’, to prevent mislead customers.
The commission also issued licenses to qualified entities to run savings and credit cooperatives activities in rural area as well as insurance broker’s activities.
