Additional polling to take place on October 23

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The polling for the elections to citizens representatives khurals of soums and city districts was held on October 19. Voter turnouts were insufficient in 135 out of the total 1,765 electoral constituencies and in some constituencies the number of votes for candidates equaled, reported the General Election Committee on Thursday.

The additional polling and re-run of elections will be held at these constituencies on October 23 and 29, involving all the citizens who did not cast votes on the due polling day.
